cancellation and returns policy

We give 3 days’ hassle free return options (post-delivery) to our customers so you can shop with complete peace of mind.

Upon receipt of your order, we may take 24 hours to confirm your order and may even cancel your order for whatsoever reason after that. We apologize for the inconvenience cause and whenever that happens, we fully refund the amount paid by you for the item ordered and sometimes we even give a special gift only meant for you to bring a smile on your face

Usually, our products are ready-to-go and delivered within 7-10 working days upon order confirmation and sometimes it takes even less time, but once in a while it may happen that the shipment may take an additional of 10-15 working days to arrive due to many reasons, chief of them being late dispatch done from the designer’s end because of valid reasons.

This is because some of our designers live in outstation cities and hence in order to keep a strong check on the quality of these products, we ask them to send us these products first to our warehouse where we inspect the quality of these items in real time, before making a final dispatch to our customers. This helps us become certain that the products we ship are assured for their quality and are undamaged, unused, non-defective and matching their original description, size and photo. Hence, you don’t have to go through the hassle of returning the item for whatsoever reason except in the case of the damaged product and its packaging during transit or size mismatch. For customized orders, we do not accept any returns as the products have been tailor-made as per the dimensions and other details as given by the customers themselves either through a phone call, email, or any other electronic medium.

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the designer/s have initiated the process of producing/ shipping your order.

Any modifications to your order would also be governed by the above terms. In order to cancel an item in your order:

  • Log into your GetNatty account and go to the My settings, then click on My account
  • You recent orders will be displayed here. Identify the item you want to cancel and then click on send cancel request.
  • Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-3 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.

Please note that, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by GetNatty .

Refunds:

We aim at building long term relations and thus customer satisfaction is our top priority. Based on this principle, we have laid down a simple and easy to understand returns & refunds policy. All refund/ return requests are to be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

Acceptable reasons for returning a product

1. Product does not fit as expected.

2. Product has manufacturing defect / damage.

Incorrect Delivery

In an unlikely event, where the product that is delivered to you differs from its description, is materially different or differs in size, color or quantity from what had been ordered by you, we would be happy rectify the error, if possible else initiate a refund.

Damaged Delivery:

Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit, you can decline to accept such an order and update us on the same. We will try and send you a replacement piece if that item is still in stock and does not carry the tag of ‘Single piece only’ or ‘One-of-a-kind’. If the product is delivered to you in a broken/damaged state, please email us a picture of the same within 24 hours to care @ GetNatty .com to initiate a refund/ replacement on the same.

The authorization to approve a refund would be at the discretion of GetNatty . Once the damaged/ incorrect product is received by us in its original state and has been approved by our Quality Team, and upon your request, proceed with the refund of the amount back to your credit card/ debit card/ bank account, in which case return shipping charges and transaction fees might be applicable.

Please note, the following products shall not be returned/ exchanged:

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Returns are not valid on customized orders or if the customer has requested a piece to be altered / made as per provided measurements or has given an order upon booking a personal fashion designer or has requested some changes in design before the delivery of the product
  • Products that are used, worn, washed , damaged by the customer.
  • Products not returned in original packaging including: price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories, plastic wrap, dust bags, etc
  • Products damaged after delivery or showing signs of wear tear from being worn after delivery
  • In some cases, when the products are handcrafted or one-of-a-kind and GetNatty may or may not choose to approve your return request depending on the situation, time and product.Products where return has to be denied on grounds of hygiene.
  • Products bought under sale/discount/seasonal offer/ special promotion.Products for which such a condition is mentioned in the product information.

Disclaimer

lease keep in mind that there might be variations on the actual color and texture from what is evident in the pictures, due to the technological limitations in such display of photographs or website presentation. Also, many products on GetNatty are handmade and hence the designers put in best of their efforts in trying to achieve that the goods are as close to the mentioned specifications. However please keep into account minor variations considering the manufacturing process. GetNatty allows users, who comply with GetNatty ’s policies to buy goods within a fixed-price format. The buyer acknowledges this risk while she/he agrees to these terms and conditions.
